Use the form below to schedule a board and train request. If you are new to Denver Dream Dog, you will then be prompted to fill out the new client intake form. Please complete both forms. You will be required to complete a meet-and-greet to make sure your pup will be a good fit.

Safety/Health*
- My dog does not have aggression issues
- My dog will take a 2-week break from public kenneling or daycare before attendance
To keep other dogs in my care safe, Board & Train is not a suitable option if your dog has issues around aggression or reactivity toward other dogs. I can support you with any problem areas for your dog via private instruction in your home. In addition, if your dog attends public daycare/kenneling or dog parks, please allow a 2-week break before attending Denver Dream Dog.
